If you saw my bio, you read that I had a background in AutoCAD. The client-side interactions of my projects were heavily driven by the use of active visualizations- using game engines and other things to walk my clients through a rendered space in real time.

…and I was doing it in 2010 quite a while before it was cool :)

I will be bringing these services to Sterling Media in a couple of ways.

First, I will offer 3d modeling and visualization as a standalone service.

Second, I will be offering a service comprised of compositing rendered architectural models with real life footage from the site. As an example, we can capture the work site with a drone, and composite rendered footage of your project.

If you are in development, this can be a critical ally in helping you build media pieces for leasing materials or any kind of online marketing. Due to the nature project development, visualization services are often limited with architects and design-build teams. I think I am uniquely positioned to fill this need for you.

This will be a new service coming, and I want to take the time to develop it properly.
